March 15 JeaneePaintsLive at AL-G's Birthday Bash at Outt Saloon Lexington SC

March 15, 2014 Lexington SC Al George of Al-G's Roadhouse Band had a big 62nd birthday party so big he even shared the birthday event with Nancy who was also celebrating her birthday. Al turned 62 and apparently he never thought he would live to see 62 so this was a huge birthday event with all the entertainment and food plus at least 2 birthday cakes. There may have even been 3. LOL! Alice Meyer played numerous instruments as well as singing and coordinating the event. There were appearances by many fine entertainers including a 17 year old prodigy playing some really cool original music. (I'll have to get his name, so I can tell ya'll about him)

S&M band played their farewell gig with Scott Rife and the lovely Morgan on violin, guitar and flute as well as vocals. They played a rendition of Ice Ice Baby that was out of this world great!! I hope someone recorded that! I wish them both future success. I certainly hope Morgan continues in her music career as she is definitely very talented. I am sure Scott will continue as he has been in the business over ten years. Best wishes to both!

Jeanee Paints Live juggled three canvases throughout the evening painting backgrounds while various musicians played including Wild Bill and Bert Cockrell. Even Maxine Sands came out for the night and made an early evening performance to get the crowd going. That woman can sang!! Leon Godfrey showed up on the drums several times throughout the evening. Alice performed many memorable flute notes and guitar and keyboards plus added vocals to the evening as well. What a wonderful talent she is an such a great hostess. While of course, Mr. Al G managed the mic and the musical flow and kept the entertainment going. He played some great blues. I love it when he puts his sunglasses on and gets going into the blues on a deeper level. Oh my God what a great time we all had. Thanks to Al-G!! The event started at 6PM and went until well after 2AM. So...it was a night to remember and a very happy birthday for Al!!

There wasn't a photographer in the crowd, so I took these pics of my art at the end of the night.
